Order processing

Orders are prepared within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

United States

Free Standard shipping is available for U.S. orders. Estimated transit time is 3–4 business days after processing.

International orders

Express International shipping is available for a flat rate of $20, with an estimated transit time of 1–5 business days after processing. Calculated DHL Express and USPS services may also be available at checkout depending on the destination.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Delivery estimates

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; after fulfillment begins, we may not be able to change the address. For a damaged shipment or a tracking issue, contact kramiu@karqco.com with your order number and any relevant photos.
